About the entrance exams

WHY GIVE ENTRANCE EXAMS ?

Entrance Exams, as the name suggests are needed to seek entry or admission into Colleges with Professional Courses. By definition, professional courses are “Industry Ready” courses which enable the students to get a job readily in their respective field. In the Science Stream, entrance exams are needed for the following fields :

  •  Engineering
  •  Medical
  •  Pharmacy
  •  Architecture
WHAT’S SO SPECIAL ABOUT THEM ?

Preparation for an entrance exam cannot be done in the same way as one prepares for their HSC, CBSE or ICSE Board Exams. The students find it difficult because there is a change of pattern in both learning the subject and giving the exam. Cracking these entrance exams requires ALL of the following :

These entrance exams require the students to be trained for at least 2 YEARS (11th & 12th).Below are the details of the exam pattern, subjects and syllabus of the Entrance Exams required for the fields of Engineering, Medical, Pharmacy and Architecture.
